George & Co is a premium event company with two major divisions: marquee + furniture hire and wedding planning/coordination. Based in the Manawatu and servicing the lower North Island including Palmerston North, Wairarapa, Wellington, we provide high quality, meticulous wedding + event planning, on day coordination and styling. We have a curated, premium event furniture range for hire, as well as our NZ made Black Framed Clear Marquee.

What makes our marquee so special?

The only one of its kind based in the lower North Island, we did a lot of market research to make sure that we were bringing a superior offering to the region to elevate and enhance your event experience.

With black anodised framing for durability, and thick, square frame poles, you can build the ultimate glasshouse-esque venue wherever your heart desires.

Our walls also slide easily along a track system and can be curtained back for a luxe look. Have them open during the day for air flow and easily close them when the evening becomes cooler. No need to unhook and store - the ultimate mix of practicality and aesthetics.

We’re obsessed with it, and just know you will be too ❤️‍🔥

There with you every single step of the way 💘 this was seconds before Kaytie walked down the aisle, a solid 20 minutes after the ceremony was supposed to start, with guests taking shelter in a shed while we waited for the rain to clear ☔️ you’d never guess looking at that sky!

Snaps from our fave from our last bar service of the season! From A&D out at last weekend 🍸 hundreds of cocktails prepped in the kitchen, an epic spirits spread and a whole lotta good vibes 🕺🏻

Running a bar is more than just getting a couple of mates to pop a beer cap. There’s fair a bit to do in between serving drinks, collecting empties, replenishing stock, cleaning glasses - it’s not as easy as you may think.

The good news is that our team’s ready to do all of that and more, and better yet, do it with a big smile and a good bit of banter 🤙🏼
