I have a great sense of taste and am able to cook from memories of food I grew up with. Growing up between Thailand and Malaysia I was fortunate to ex

perience the variety of cuisines from Peranakan, Malay, Indian, and Thai. My career change from Airline to F&B in 5-star restaurants to owning a few restaurants of my own including running a cooking school has taken me far and wide meeting and sharing our knowledge of food with many like-minded food lovers including renowned chefs and food authors. I have had the privilege to serve exquisite fine Thai foods in my restaurants to head of state and dignitaries near and far. I have also travelled to many countries as a Thai food ambassador and speaker and now happy to put my expertise into the meals I design for my customers. The principle of my cooking is honesty, staying true in the quality and flavours in which I do not take half measures. I combine the best of both ingredients and tradition into my food yet not forgetting its identity in its evolution of fusion.
