2023 Was another great year ... the year I decided to refuel my passion for cooking by downsizing my team (so I'm actually back in the kitchen cooking, not just on logistics!) & lighten my workload to aim for better mental health ...
2024 is the year I will 100% make that happen!
I thank you all for your continued support to my small local business, you will continue to see me doing many charity events (this fills my cup) and of course weddings, private cheffing, hospitality consulting & many other great things 👩‍🍳
Also aiming to keep my husbands office work up to date (yes this woman wears many hats!) cook more home cooked meals (seems every1 thinks Damien & Bella eat like kings!) & maybe hit the gym more than once a month with my uncle Steve - time will tell!!!
My calendar is now full to the end of April - including a wee learn to cook adventure to a land or 2 I've never been ..... watch this space🌎

Myself Chantelle @ TwentyFour Catering Co, Fern & Feta Platters, Catering Co (formally Foothills Catering), & Deluxe Cakes have curated an incredible four-course dinner menu. This will be served alongside a fashion show, live auction and entertainment. Good food and good people is always recipe for a good night.

To be held at the Mt. Hutt Memorial Hall on Saturday 27th May 2023,this event is a fundraiser for I Nuinui Fiji, a registered charity that offers a step up out of poverty for those affected in Fiji. For more information on I Nuinui Fiji, visit their page (website is in the making).

On Sunday Chef Chantelle was proud to be part of a fundraiser for Ashburton Art Gallery.
Gardens for Art was over 3 local private gardens & the rain did not put off over 150 visitors to these beautiful spaces.
Chantelle’s demo in the old Brigadoon Gardens owned by Chris & Rachel Redmond, of a whipped cream cheese board using eatable flower and greenery from the garden like nasturtium flowers & the leaves which give a peppery flavour similar to rocket was well received by the keen gardens 👩🏻‍🍳 💐 🥬

The first meeting for BRCT's Annual/Multi Year Grants is fast approaching.
This grant is perfect if your group or organisation is needing a large sum of money or possibly a grant spread over multiple years.

This may include but are not limited to:
- Hosting annual events
- Annual scholarships
- New uniforms for the sporting season Feb - Aug

The grant pool is currently a total of $60k spread across two meetings.

Grant applications close - 1st February.

HAPPY 2023 TO EVERYONE
As a foodie family we make Christmas Day as easy as possible in our house 🎄
We always have croissants for brunch ( and when I say brunch I’m mean like 1pm!) and later in the day Ofcourse calls for turkey, for years we just had it cold but for the past 12 years she’s been hot with stuffing and gravy for the Irishman ☘️
