‘Tis the season to plan a wedding, fa la la la la, la la la la! ❄️🎄

'Sup beautiful couples! Do you start having so much questions in mind when you finally decide to plan that DREAM wedding?

Here are some of the concerns/ questions that we collected from the inquiries of our clients that we consider important in the initial phase of the wedding planning:

1. What do we have to accomplish first?
A: You may opt to visit the church (for Roman Catholic Couples) and Pastor (For Christian Couples) first for date scheduling and/or ask your local town officer to inquire about wedding requirements and docs needed.

2. When should we start planning our wedding?
A: As early as you got engaged, the planning should already start. But for us, the best time for wedding planning is 6-8 months before your target wedding date.

3. Do we really need to hire a wedding consultant/ planner?
A: Couples who have limited time to involve themselves 24/7 in the planning process are the ones who usually hire Planners and Coordinators. They are the people who will be in charge of drafting all your requests and will make sure that your wedding mood board will be realized. Planners have access to all available suppliers in town and it would be easy for the couple to find the perfect supplier according to their pre-wedding ideas, concepts and of course, budget determination. Planners discuss only to the couple regarding decisions during planning since they are their official clients, no one else should be involved to avoid miscommunication especially during the critical stage of planning and decision-making.

4. Is it possible to have our dream wedding with a small budget?
A: It doesn't matter if your budget is small or big. What matters is that it is workable and according to the pre-wedding concept.

5. What are the most important things to list down to make a concrete wedding mood board?
A. A fair decision between the two of you about the color/ motif, the theme/concept, the number of guests and the complexity of the event and the budget, of course. 😉

6. What are the benefits from hiring a planner?
A: Basically, the couple can save time, effort and money from the unending visits, calls, meetings and coordinations which most of the couples overlook. These things cost a lot when you total all the never-ending meetings including transpo, food and time meeting different suppliers.

7. How much is a simple wedding?
A: Honestly, we do not know what simple means to you. But for us, simple means creating a memory that you'll surely cherish without sacrificing anything. Simple for us means that your ideas match the workable wedding budget that you both worked hard/ saved for. Simple for us is sticking to your budget but also considering your requirements.

8. Do we need to provide meals for the wedding suppliers?
A: Absolutely yes! And water, too! You don't want to see the people behind the success and the backbone of your special occasion getting hungry, grumpy and all that. They are humans, too. 😉

9. Can we limit the participation of kids?
A: For us, it is all up to you. But you can always ask your guests that the event is exclusively for adults to enjoy. Give your friends a day to have fun! Do not be scared to put ‘em on your invites! It’s your day and your fam and friends’ day, anyway.

10. How can we tell our guests that we opt to have cash instead of the usual and traditional gifts? Should we include it in the invitation inserts?
A: Yes absolutely! You can decide whatever that you want to receive especially when you REALLY need them. But putting it in your invite may be off for some guests. So the best thing to do is to tell them personally or by messaging them online.
