TOURISM CLAIRVOYANT APOLOGY STATEMENT
We, the Tourism Clairvoyant Event Management of Mabalacat City College, organized a Color Fun Run and Concert for a Cause entitled, “Life is Fun, Color the Run, Jump and Vibe with the Band” held on January 6, 2023. The recent event went very well as it earned ₱57,658.75 in total. Months before the event, the whole team prepared and talked about the plans, goals, and implementation of this project and it clearly aims to produce a dream, remarkable events and to lend a helping hand to it’s chosen beneficiaries.
With all the juggling hurdles and challenges the team has made a mistake of having no agreement and proper notice from its beneficiary, Kids Cancervive Inc. With that, on behalf of the whole event management team, we sincerely apologize. We humbly promise that things like this wouldn’t ever happen again.
In addition, it is part of the said organization that this event would benefit and help cancer patients. And now, with the permission given by Kids Cancervive Inc., the 35% (20,180.5625) profit of the said event will be donated to this foundation. With this transparency and apology statement, we humbly want to empower, as we share the hope and courage to fight, overcome, admits circumstances and win battles in life.
