💌Dear valued client, Kindly review and comprehend the following information regarding our rental items:

RENTAL ITEMS:
The items are generally in new condition, but some may be used or imperfect. Please inspect before pickup; we'll strive to ensure their presentability.If you require items not in our current inventory, we'll make every effort to accommodate your needs within our capacity.

PICKUP AND RETURN:
Pick up items 3 days after reservation for adequate cleaning and preparation or 3 days before the wedding. Return items immediately or within 2 days post your event, depending on circumstances.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS FEE:
Missing or damaged items will be billed at replacement cost. A minimum P500 cleaning fee applies if items need thorough cleaning.

LATE FEE: A P500 fee is incurred if more than 15 minutes late for pick up/drop off. Timely adherence is crucial, considering our limited availability.

ID REQUIREMENT:Submit at least one valid ID upon pickup, retrievable upon item return.

INVOICING:
A detailed invoice will be provided after the event and item inspection.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Beyond rentals, we offer venue styling services to fulfill your event wishes.
