- extra clothes (top to bottom)
- jacket, bonnet, gloves
-sun protection (sunblock, cap, shades, scarf )
-plastic bag
-poncho /umbrella (in case of rain )
-personal toiletries
-camera and powerbank.

"No Medical Certificate - No CLimb Policy"
Please secure your Medical Certificate as soon as possible. Any licensed physician is eligible to issue a medical certificate. However, if you have pre-existing medical conditions, it might be better for a specialist to give you a medical clearance. For instance, if you have a previous heart surgery, it would be ideal that a cardiologist would be the one to give you a medical clearance. However, for a majority of hikers, any licensed physician will suffice.
