I always had this interest in flowers growing up which i have just discovered last year when i started this journey. Let’s walk a little bit down memory lane. When i was around my grade school years, (1) i remembered asking my dad to buy me books to study about the different type of flowers. (2) I love going with him at work and whenever i see pretty flowers along the way, he’ll then stop the car
and pick it for me. (3) He told me that when i was little, he used to pacify me with flowers whenever i’m having a bad cry. (4) We live close to a flower shop growing up and i can recall visiting there just to look around and dreamed to have one in the future. Never did i know that this little girl’s small dream of having such is now coming into reality. The pandemic brought so much frustrations and sadness to all including myself. The moment i had so many plans for my existing travel agency which turned 6yrs now, was also the time it was hit hard by the global crisis last year. But on the positive note, it also opened the door for me to start my new journey. So instead of letting myself down together with my travel and bookings, i told myself, what else? I know i can do more! Until i learned this dried and preserved flowers that gave me a thought to try and start. What pushed me more is that i don’t have to worry about the withering part coz they’re already preserved. I have zero knowledge about flower arranging at all! But with the innate love for designing, it was a plain sailing for me to blend in colors and ideas. But i still enrolled in a short course of flower arranging to have a little knowledge. Doing the business itself is hard. Really hard, required a lot of hard work, even tears. I learned that as long as you love what you’re doing, the business part is just secondary from doing it mainly as a passion. Flower arrangement for me is the expression of myself, every details and hues we’re coming deep down inside which then reflect from the outcome that each pieces we’re all MADE WITH LOVE
