The Bato Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining official accreditation to initiate its Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS) program, which will begin in the Academic Year 2024-2025.
In a significant development, the Bato Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) has been officially granted an initial permit to offer the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS) program effective this Academic Year 2024-2025. The authorization was personally bestowed by Dr. Maximo C. Aljibe, PhD, DPM, CESO III, Regional Director IV of CHEDRO VIII during the Honoring Ceremony of the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) last February 6, 2024.
This milestone marks a pivotal moment for BIST, signifying the expansion of its academic offerings to include the BSIS program. The approval was granted after a thorough evaluation of the institution's curriculum, faculty qualifications, and facilities led by Engr. Nelly O. Labrada and other RQUAT members from CHEDRO VIII last November 29, 2023.
