We have had the privilege of organizing numerous significant events for Jover Laurio ever since her wedding, and this marks the third birthday celebration of her precious daughter, Cassandra Margarette, that we have had the pleasure of handling.

When Jover asked me and said, “I’m planning Cassie’s 3rd birthday party, and it will be held in Samar. Pwede ka?” Without hesitation, I enthusiastically replied, “But of course! Yes!” And now, here we are, with wide smiles that it hurts.

Candidates are required to take catechetical preparation. They have both English and Tagalog classes.

Plan your December event wisely and avoid stress and disappointment.

Getting suppliers from Manila for your out of town event is not advisable these days. Okay, they can leave early to arrive on time, but this will just make them tired from traveling before they reach your venue. They won't have the energy to work anymore.

The same goes for your guests. They will think twice before saying yes to attending your event.

So, plan ahead. This will give you time to get suppliers within the area and avoid late arrival or set up by suppliers and out of town fees.

Each year, the traffic gets worse, so anticipate and be proactive.

I studied Event Safety and Security, and we provide a venue safety and security sweep months or weeks before an event to make sure that the event will run smoothly and we are ready in case of emergencies.

Having studied Event Safety and Security, it now comes naturally for me to survey an area once I arrive. I look for the nearest fire exit, ramps for the physically challenged, location of the restrooms, and fire extinguishers. Does the venue have safety officers or a clinic for emergencies? A thorough sweep takes me 30 to an hour, depending on the size of the venue.

I'm here at a Rotary event in Las Piñas this morning, and I'm a little concerned with where the fire extinguisher is located.

I pray that someone is tall enough to reach this on time when there's an actual fire, and I hope that person knows how to use it.

A few years ago, a couple celebrated their wedding at McDonald's, so it's not really new to us.

McDonald's Hong Kong offers wedding packages (with "cake", emcee, decorations, etc.). We wonder if they will also offer it here.
