LOOK: The Balangay Independent Film and Theater Festival opened with a cultural performance by the Butwaan Dance Ensemble at Cinema 2, Robinsons Place Butuan.

The event, attended by participants and viewers, is an initiative of the City Government of Butuan in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry and other stakeholders.
