We are looking for a new Admin Assistant to join our team!
Qualification(s):
*Computer Literate
*College Graduate, SHS graduate is also welcome to apply or has an experience in administrative task.
*Has passion for service and able to work in a high-speed working environment
*With Social personality, flexible, organized, has an energetic "can do" attitude, and can work well both individually and as part of group.
*Good at communication and receiving instructions.
*Must be willing to work in Camp Tinio, Cabanatuan City
*Can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
*Coordinate client bookings and ensure seamless event ex*****on
*Prepare and analyze sales reports to support decision-making
*Manage office correspondence, records, and supply inventory
*other related task
