Not all customers are always right.
You're crippling SMEs who strive to serve you, wasting their resources, by failing to hold self-centered individuals accountable. I've reached my limit.
We allow cancellations made at least a day or two before the booked date. Some of my customers know how I understand their circumstances. But this one is not acceptable.
The generic reasons:
I don’t have a car
I forgot
I don’t have enough money
Seen zone only
