Some are as simple as Menudo and Buko Salad, which are considered staple in Filipino fiestas, specially during the Christmas season for noche buena , or just in the ordinary carinderia or Filipino restaurant level menu on a daily scale.

Bakit naman Buko Salad pa, pwede naman gumawa sa bahay niyan? for the simple reason it is hard to source the best supply of Buko meat not too hard not that soft and kumpletos rekados hanggang sa mais at mansanas sa Buko salad natin pare… oops. Hehe
