Again, please make reading a habbit. Terms & Conditions were sent upon reservation. Please spare some time for checking. Also, please take note that we don’t accept rush clients/shipping/delivery. We only have limited slots and we prioritize those who booked for a reservation days prior.

We have to prepare and pack the costumes first, atleast a day before delivery / shipping for we also have other clients & inquiries to attend to. We won’t release unpaid, unpacked & unwashed costumes, on the spot or on the day of the event (rush). Note that unpaid costumes will automatically be offered to those who needs it. So please have it reserved for you days prior to delivery.

I came across a post from a costume provider and it saddens me to know what these people (renter) did. I felt sad because I knew how it felt like to see all of your efforts to maintain the costume’s life are put to waste. I also happened to encounter renters like this last year.
1. Client returned the costume at it’s worst state ever. The exact opposite of how fresh it was when delivered to her.

2. Having a hard time to recover the costume because the renter had her own time frame and refused to return the costume on time. Imagine how stressful it was knowing that the costume has succeeding bookings (line up) after her. It affected our schedules and reservations so much that we opted to refund the clients plus the client’s reaction after knowing what happened.

We failed to provide the costumes we promised for them, which they paid in advance just because of that irresponsible client who felt so entitled. I felt so sorry for what happened, more than having no income is losing clients who trusted us so much. I can still feel the disappointment knowing some of the kids cried for not having the costume they ever wanted.

These are just few of the more horrifying experiences we’ve met since we created the page. As of this writing, I am glad to say that this year is way better than before. I will be forever grateful for those who took good care of our costumes, for those who returned the costumes without being told. I am lucky to have met you, served you and even made friends with some of you, yeah, because you guys keep coming back. As a parent, I’d love to dress your kids the best way I can.

For our repeat clients and new ones, I hope you’ll remain responsible and kind as you are. I appreciate your recommendations and referrals. It means a lot and I couldn’t thank you enough.

To our future clients, please don’t do this to us. We are also human. After all, we are all parents & we have the same sentiments: to make our kids happy & to give what’s best for them. 😍🥰
