(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) Management Class of 2023 experienced a defining moment in our academic and professional journey. We, the fourth-year Josenian Tourism students, proudly embraced our new role as ambassadors of the Filipino Brand Service Excellence (FBSE), under the visionary guidance of the Department of Tourism. 🇵🇭💙💛 This one-day workshop was more than just a learning session; it was a deep dive into the heart of Filipino hospitality. We explored, we learned, and most importantly, we grew. The day was filled with invaluable lessons, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of our rich cultural heritage in service excellence. A heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Tourism - Region VII for giving us this opportunity and to everyone who has played a pivotal role in this experience. Your encouragement and guidance have been pivotal in this journey. As we step out as FBSE ambassadors, we carry not only a certificate but also a responsibility to elevate the standards of the tourism industry.
