We love the smell of carrot cake. 20 years we have been baking these and they still make us smile.. 1st batch cooling now and getting ready for the cream cheese frosting. 😋😋😋

Sometimes when we don't really feel like cooking a full meal or we don't have time to cook a full meal... we have sunny side up eggs with salt, pepper, and paprika on a thick slab of toasted bread....this was almost 2 inches thick! hahaha.
