SOAK kicks off the summer in the sunny outdoors and way long into the night featuring local bands and DJs, art installations all around a water party

Celebrating water and earth, two of the four essential elements, SOAK will be held at the Family Park in Talamban, Cebu City on APRIL 26, 2014, within the week of the annual Earth Day celebration.
