GENTLE REMINDER TO ALL RENTERS 🩷

Kindly take good care of your rented gown & don't delay the return as we wish to serve each client with the best quality products. We and our rental business partners understand that the gowns will come home used and dirty but hopefully not severe to the point that it will cause damage to the entire gown.

Most of the time the deposit isn't enough to cover the entire cost of the gown. Rental payment is just a small fraction of the gown selling rate. Consider being in the shoes of the next user probably you won't be happy to get something that's no longer in its pristine condition.

Just because you paid the rental rate it's fine to do everything to the rental gowns.

One more thing please return the rented gowns after your event so we can clean the gowns immediately. Please don't delay the returns with respect to the next user.
