Fancy Dancer

DJ Fancy Dancer is from Los Angeles. He played in major clubs Circus Disco and Arena in Hollywood, and Folsom Street Fetish Fair in San Francisco.

He moved to Philippines in 2019 and founded Provincial Groove Authority, an international DJ collective.

It’s that time Groovers! The best FREE party in Negros, Grooves & Brews returns to the beach Saturday, November 25th from 4pm-10pm at Frontemare Pizzeria in Dauin!

Once again, your favorite musical selectors Provincial Groove Authority will be behind the decks with the quality music you need to move your dancing feet! And back by popular demand, we will once again be joined by the excellent Banilad Tribe Drummers! We’re gonna make this one a November to-remember…

Our party is always upgrading to bring you the best experience… we have expanded our party lighting, brought you a new cocktail bar, and always drop the latest in underground music. This month, we will be featuring an improved beach experience…see if you can spot the difference!

And, with the high season approaching we are kicking Grooves & Brews into high gear! Our calendar of upcoming parties is gonna be 🔥… without giving away any secrets, let’s just say we are working on some guest DJs to join PGA behind the decks soon!

Just WOW! This past Saturday was our best Brews and Grooves party yet! We once again lucked out on the weather and had a blast on the beach!

So many incredible highlights, starting with those free welcome rum shots courtesy of DJ Wella…with toasted coconut around the rim! Holy smokes!

The dancers were there, pounding sand next to the tiki torches long before sunset till late in the night, with a great vibe and smiles all around.

And the DJs…well, every single one brought the🔥to their set! We had a packed lineup expertly opened by our newest member Martin, with great tunes hand-selected by DJ Wella aka the Wow from Mindanao, Timothy W’s PGA farewell set, DJ Adamant aka the UK Stomper and DJ Phil-Am bringing the house down with a closing set that made our eyes water!

The only weird part was when this secret DJ came in around sunset, I didn’t quite catch his name….something like Disco Mozart or Ludwig Von Beats-toven….he played pretty good but then just disappeared into the night. If you see him around tell him he left his white wig and sunglasses 😎

Grooves and Brews once again lights a dancing fire under Dauin!

Once again, an incredible night at Grooves & Brews this past Saturday! We braved the threat of being rained out, instead Provincial Groove Authority rained down some of the best beats in the Visayas all day and into the night! We want to thank Frontemare Pizzeria, Visayan Craft Brew Association, Apolong Brewing Co., Birdie Num Num Tropical Brewery and all of the awesome dancers who graced the beach with us. We also want to highlight the work of Dumaguete’s own Bata ng Calabnugan Orphanage, who are doing great work caring for currently 28 girls in our community without families. Please consider supporting them; they also have some amazing Italian breadsticks and other items for sale!
