BarYo Festival 'BarYo', is a fusion of two words: 'Bar' derived from barko, meaning 'ship,' and 'Yo' from the cebuano 'pag-ayo,'.

This name pays homage to primary livelihood source of the people of Loocanon, which revolves around the skilled craft of ship repair.

Starting tomorrow, we will introduce one recipient each dayโ€”12 amazing people whose simple wishes will come true through this project. ๐Ÿ’–
