A Prize Within the Arcade 🪀✮⋆˙

Looking at this, I felt it captured the essence of unsaturated blues paired with high luminance, while the violet brought a reflective quality to Nicole. The red tones grounded the image, preserving its authenticity and adding contrast. It felt like a water reflection meeting a dehazed resurgence—a perfect blend of luminance and depth. ๋࣭ ⭑⚝💜✮⋆˙💿

Glitter and Silver ✿⋆★

This set has to be one of my favorite aesthetics so far! The blue background perfectly highlights Ericka’s stunning presence, adding such a dramatic contrast. I’m absolutely loving the vibe—like silver glittery stars against the night sky! 🌌

I do think I’ll need to work on refining the balance of color and light curves for a cleaner finish next time, but I’m so proud of how this turned out. Such a fun shoot and the results speak for themselves! ⋆𖦹

Under less-than-ideal circumstances, I might have been tempted to postpone this, but the vision for this photoshoot simply couldn’t wait. ✿⋆˚✧

I had dreamed of exploring the theme, of Ethereal Gold since I was young. Capturing a moment where you appear serene and stunning felt like the perfect concept to bring to life. Determined to make it happen, I set out to turn that vision into reality—this time with the amazing Ericka Anne Marie by my side.

At first, I was worried about how things would turn out. We had a tight space, a single light source (you’ll see the setup at the end of the post), and no room for mistakes. But Ericka’s vibrant energy and confidence gave me the strength to rise to the occasion and do justice to her photoshoot.

What started as a challenge became a truly magical experience, and I can’t wait to do more shoots like this! Oh, and this is just Part 1—stay tuned for more ⋆𖦹

Continuing with the story, here’s part 2 of the pictorial I had with Marshaine. ⋆˚✿˖°

For this shoot, Dhea had to get involved with her hair because I couldn’t quite pull it off on my own. She came up with this cute two-bun look to complement the adorable headwear Marshaine wanted to wear, and it turned out so cute that we decided to stick with the designed hairstyle.

You’ll also notice a common prop used in a variety of shoots (flowers I found in the studio)—hopefully, we utilized it well, hmm?

Anyways, it was a fun shoot, and this will be my last of Chennie pics with this theme, unless Marshaine wants more, hehe. So go ahead, enjoy the pictures again! ⋆𖦹

If I'm given the chance to make memories with a dear friend while working on curating my craft, there's no better time than now. ⋆˚✿˖°

I wanted to start small, thinking of concepts that would resonate with people in a natural way, so it wouldn’t feel forced when I asked for their pictures and poses. With that in mind, I approached my friend Marshaine Navarro to help bring a vision to life.

Marshaine was perfect for the theme I had in mind: "Balloons and Pastels with a mix of Skin and Confidence." Her cheerful personality, comfortable outfits, and photogenic features complemented the props beautifully. This post is just part one—another is coming this Tuesday featuring Chen in a different outfit.

Hope you liked the pictures yesterday! ✿⋆˚✧ There's more coming tomorrow! In the meantime, I wanted to share some BTS footage of the set I prepared for this shoot. For context, I had booked a studio a few weeks in advance, but an important matter affected the schedule. This left me with two choices: continue the shoot with the set as it was or wait a few more weeks to rebook. The pressure was real, and I started questioning whether I could do justice to my vision for the shoot. There was even a moment of frustration when I wanted to cry because of the unexpected change. But looking at the final output, I’m so glad we pushed through. It was a real test of trust in my abilities, and it reminded me how much I can grow by adapting to challenges. I can’t wait to see how these experiences help me improve in the future!
