On the day wedding Coordination Services - Php15,000.00(NEG)

This includes:
1. Meeting with the bride and groom- for programme finalization, songs, number of guests, and table assignments. Meeting with the couple’s supplier to ensure the following: work coordinat

ion, venue and date, time of arrival, contact person.

2. On Wedding day
• At the hotel where the bride and groom stays
b. Check the arrival of hair and make up, photo and video crew – 6 hours before the wedding time
c. Check the bridal car, florist, caterer, tents, sound system, LCD/Projector on agreed call time. d. Check wedding paraphernalia to be used in the church, ex: bouquet, candles, offerings, wedding symbols

• At the Church
e. Knowing the entourage, readers, and offerers – at least 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony
f. Check on the missalettes, wedding symbols and things needed in the ceremony ( ring, bible, arae, cord, lighter for the candle)
g. Quick briefing of the entourage on their tasks. h. Distribute flowers and wedding symbols
i. 10 minutes before the time – assemble the entourage at the entrance. j. Guide entourage during processional march to coordinate with the Church Coordinators. k. Close the church door before the bride entrance, assist the bride as she goes down from the car and get ready to walk at the aisle
l. During the ceremony, give cue to the readers, offerers , secondary sponsors (for he veil, cord and lighting of candle) and the wedding symbols bearer on their turn. m. Assist photographer during the picture taking by announcing the photo shoot sequence.

• At the reception
a. Make sure everything is ready (the sound system, LCD, singers, caterers, cakes, giveaways, tents, etc.) Assist in the arrival of guest, and make sure that they are seated at their corresponding tables
c. Assist principal sponsors and guide them to their seats
d. Assist entourage at processional
e. Assist bride and groom during the processional

Program proper
f. Assist bride and groom, during the program (cutting of cake, drinking of wine, dove release, garter and bouquet throwing)
g. Distribute Giveaways on or after the program.
