🎀 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 🎀

- Assurance fee ( +200 ) is required for non-cosplayer and first time renting.
- Renter must send a picture with their valid ID ( Student ID is acceptable. For minor parent/guardian's ID is required ).
- Renter must shoulder the shipping fee back and forth.
- Gcash is the only MOP ( PAYMENT FIRST )
- A 50% reservation fee is required upon booking.
- Additional ₱100 per each day of extensions.
- Please refrain from washing the costume before and after use. Costumes will be dispatched in a clean condition and will undergo cleaning once returned.
- Any alterations, including trimming of wigs, are strictly prohibited. Please return the costume in its original condition.
- Kindly handle the costumes with care as if it is your own.
- Upon receiving the costume, renters are required to take pictures of different parts of the costume. This must be done prior to using the costume.
- Before returning the costume, renters must take pictures of the costume again. This is done to ensure all parts of the costume will be returned and to document the costume’s condition.
- There will be a fee for excessive wig tangles or frizzes.
- Renter is responsible for any damage and non-washable stain left behind on the costume. (Missing piece etc.)
- Do not cut/trim the wig. Also ask for my permission first before putting a hairspray on the wig.
- MOD is only Lalamove
