As of 12:40; March 8, 2022
Cebu Pacific Flight DG 6112 Naga-Manila flight upon arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA T3) at 11:45 am Manila time had a slight runway excursion.
All 42 passengers and four crew deplaned normally and are safe with no reported injuries. The passengers are being looked after and cared for.

𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄:

No testing requirement for fully vaccinated tourists and S-Pass made easy

1. ON COVID-19 TESTING AS ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Effective immediately, fully vaccinated tourists will no longer be required to submit negative antigen test results in order to visit El Nido.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated tourists shall submit negative RT-PCR test results accomplished 48 hours prior arrival in El Nido or in Palawan.

Children 11 years old and below shall follow the COVID-19 testing requirement of the accompanying parents/guardians on travel.

2. ON THE USE OF S-PASS AS ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Due to its alert level status (level2), the Province of Palawan is required to continue with the use of S-pass.

For El Nido, the S-pass category has been set to "Unrestricted." S-pass account holders only need to upload valid identification for the travel permit application to proceed. Applications are instantly approved.

Travelers may now opt to use an email address instead of a Philippine local number to create an S-pass account.

All tourists need to be ready with the following for inspection prior to boarding and upon arrival at the airport in El Nido/ Palawan:
1. Proof of vaccination for domestic tourists/ One Health Pass (OHP) for international tourists
(Negative RT-PCR test 48 hours prior departure for the non-vaccinated and the partially vaccinated)
2. Roundtrip tickets
3. DOT-accredited hotel booking (matching their dates of stay prescribed in the roundtrip tickets; list of eligible hotels are posted and updated through this page)

The Local Government Unit of El Nido has moved to remove the use of S-Pass through Executive Order 22-13 but was not able to implement such due to the existing alert level of the Municipality.

Effective March 28, 2022, ALL AirAsia DOMESTIC flights to and from Manila will now operate out of Terminal 4 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Meanwhile, ALL AirAsia INTERNATIONAL flights to and from Manila will still operate out of Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.

Guests are advised to be at their designated airport terminals at least 3 hours before departure time to avoid any delays at check-in.
