We would like to inform everyone about a few changes for the event!

First, the merch kit pre-0rders have been extended until December 1, 2023 (Fri) for both DAY KITS ☀️ and NIGHT KITS! 🌕 PO form will officially close at 11:59PM PHT.

Second, we have decided to merge the day schedules into one schedule, and guests who purchasεd DAY KITS may now come in anytime between 11:00AM to 6:00PM. This is to give everyone a fair chance to see the guest cosplayers. However, the original cosplayer schedule will be followed so they can get the chance to rest.

5. Pαyment must be paid in FULL via cαsh or digital trαnsfer once the αuction ends.

KAEYA ON ICE ❄️ Merch Kit Tiers

Kit reservations officially open tomorrow, November 10, 2023 (Fri) at 7:00PM PHT—set your alarms! ⛸️ ✨

Time slots will be implemented for on-site tiers to accommodate more attendees without overcrowding the venue. Check out which goodies you get from your chosen tier: Day, Night, or Mail! All tiers are eligible to participate in the standee auction.

☀️ DAY KITS will get 3 time slots, with each slot featuring 2 guest cosplayers on shift. Merch will be available for purchase, including Night exclusives (limited quantity). Only 30 attendees will be accommodated per time slot. Drink purchase required.

🌕 NIGHT KITS are for one time slot only and participants will get all available merch and meet all 4 guest cosplayers! What’s even better? The café will also be serving alcohol* at this time~ only 30 slots will be available! Drink purchase required.

📬 MAIL KITS will get Day Kit benefits with bonus cosplayer card. Shipping fee shall be shouldered by buyer.
