Please read on for one of the most exciting news we have ever announced ❤️🙏

Our dream of putting up a cake expo started way back 2016. Ultimately, our goal was to bring the international cake show scene to the Philippines so it is more accessible to our fellow Filipino bakers and cakers. We wanted to discover and give a platform to our talented sugar artists so they may be recognized worldwide. We have been blessed to be given a break at a cake show and we wanted to give the same opportunity to others as well.

After 2yrs of procrastinating, doubting and just too much worries, we did it anyway in 2019 and Cake Fiesta Manila finally came to life. With the support of our dearest Chef Penk Ching, and later also by Chef Amor Quiniones, and with the heartfelt partonage of the whole cake & bake industry, it became a success.

Our dreams grew even bigger. From one hall to two…from 3 days to 4 days…we wanted to do more and we wanted to give more. With sooo many exciting ideas we want to bring about, but with the very small team we have, we knew that it would take us twice the time to achieve everything we want to do for CFM if we were to do it alone.

There is no other expo that could ever match to the effectivity, size and strength of the country’s biggest, WOFEX - World Food Expo and we are very happy that they are taking us under their wings. We are very grateful for the whole Wofex Team for their trust in us and our visions.

Today, we are formally announcing our sweet partnership with Wofex ❤️ Cake Fiesta Manila is now part of WOFEX family ❤️ This is truly a match made in sugary heaven! ❤️

CFM will continue to run all its super exciting activities and competitions and together with Wofex, we are excited to bring you more flavours and definitely, MORE FUN!

Please note an important change as Cake Fiesta Manila will now be moved and will coincide with Wofex Bakes and Wofex Drinks on March 27-29, 2025 at World Trade Center. It will be a back-to-back-to-back event and we cannot wait to see you then ❤️

We also would like to express our utmost gratitude to our vendors for your continuous support and for being twice as excited as us.

We are at the final stages of preparations for this new development and we will be sure to send you the full details upon its availability. All ticket and competition registrations will be honoured.

Cake Fiesta Manila is envisioned, conceptualized and brought to you by Sugar Masters Group comprised of Valeri & Christina of Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes and Penk Ching of Pastry Bin.

These good friends have long dreamt of bringing the international Cake Show they have always joined and visited for years. Since not all are fortunate to be able to travel the world to experience these amazing Shows, they have joined forces to bring the cake show to the Philippines!

Together with the help of their friends in the cake industry, they will be bringing the best local and international talents to Manila. From royal icing, fondant, isomalt, buttercream and all other cake mediums you can think of, they will be coming to the Philippines to showcase and share their talents to help and enrich all the baking and cake enthusiast in the country.

They will also be hosting the possibly the biggest cake competition that will be judged by the cake stars, just like how they do in the cake shows abroad. Whether you are a novice or a pro, there will be a category fit for you. There will also be hands-on workshops and demos through out the 3-day show.
