Fo Guang Shan

Fo Guang Shan Monastery Fo Guang Shan is an international Chinese Mahayana Buddhist monastic order based in Taiwan, and one of the largest Buddhist organizations. The headquarters of Fo Guang Shan, located in Kaohsiung, is the largest Buddhist monastery in Taiwan. The most characteristic building in Fo Guang Shan is the Buddha City design. The city is surrounded by 480 small golden painted Buddha statues, creating a solemn scene. In addition, Buddhism relics exhibition hall collects thousands of pieces of heritages around the world.
