More and more we are expanding our menu by special requests. We now have Korean party packs for 10-12 pax for P3500 which includes:
1kg kimchi
Beef bulgogi
Soy garlic fried chicken
Jjapchae or bibimbap

We need 3 days advance notice for this.

Today we prepared a special request of whole unagi kabayaki aburi bake. Smothered with 4 kinds of seeds, lots of tobiko and bonito flakes and drizzled with 3 sauces. Definitely made the celebrant and her family so happy. Available again this weekend for lunch.

Authentic Japanese sushi rice topped with the same cheesy creamy kani salmon with a generous amount of scallops and a hint of wasabi. Then topped with eel sauce, baked and torched before adding in the furikake, seeds and nori sheets.

With Mommy Abbie inspired by her mom’s cooking and Chef Tristan’s diploma from Alain Ducasse in Enderun and training in 5 star Michelin restaurant The Bazaar (South Beach, Miami) of Chef Jose Andres, each dish is well curated both by tradition and culinary education.

Not only does the whole family love to eat, they all love to cook as well. That includes Daddy Mike who jumps in to sub Mommy Abbie when she is not around, Ira Patrick who makes good salads and some of his favorite dishes, JM who makes the best steaks, Kyle who cooks and bakes anything and everything that her mommy does and Zoe who just loves to learn all things kitchen.

We’ve been getting orders of our famous dishes ever since but since the lockdown, many of our friends really encouraged us to start this. So here we are, ready to serve you. Please standby for the dishes that are available for you.
