OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM VANILLA STUDIOS
To our valued community, partners, and supporters:
We would like to address the recent concerns circulating about talent fees and supplier payments from previous event.
We want to inform you that we are currently experiencing unexpected issues with our payment channels, which has unfortunately caused a delay in payments for some of our suppliers.
We are currently in the process of improving and finalizing our payment channels to ensure that any pending disbursements to recent suppliers are released smoothly and promptly.
This is the first time we’ve encountered such an issue, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.This is a temporary situation, and we are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We also want to clarify that there have been NO OUTSTANDING BALANCES from any of our previous events.
ALL SUPPLIERS WERE PAID IN FULL , including transportation and tips, which were even covered out-of-pocket .
For the record, every event handled by Vanilla Studios has been a success, with all services fully rendered as agreed. We have never failed to deliver on any event and services we were entrusted with.
Furthermore, we are aware of certain false and damaging claims being spread against Vanilla Studios.
Please be advised that we are taking appropriate legal action against those intentionally spreading misinformation, defamatory content and false claims. Defamation, harassment, and false accusations will not be tolerated.
We strongly encourage everyone to be responsible with what they share online and to verify facts before jumping to conclusions.
