We are happy to be part of the 75th Birthday Celebration of Dr. Aida Lucero - Tobes.

The dinner-dance was held at the Pavilion of Ciriaco Hotel. The celebration was preceded by a Thanksgiving Mass presided over by Fr. Roger Oñate at the Bagacay Chapel. Messages were given by her close friends, intermission numbers were presented by the members of BCBP Calbayog and the DMI Organization of which Dr. Tobes is an active member.

To Mana Aida, here’s looking forward to more healthy and happy years for you.

Thank God for a successfully event.

We are Happy to be part of the 85th Birthday Celebration of Mrs. Asuncion “Soning” Contridas - So.

The power outage not withstanding, family and close friends trooped to the venue where some of them took turns to deliver messages, as well sa dance with the celebrator. Dance numbers were performed by the grandchildren, and video messages of family memnbers who did not make it home were shown during the event.

We are also pleased to note that this is our second event for the family, the first being thr wedding of Mana Soning’s daughter Erlyn a few years ago.

To Mana Soning, here’s wishing you more healthy and happy years ahead.

The Best Day Weddings and Events is honored to be part of the La Calbayogueña Charity Ball which was held in Celebration of the 98th Birthday of Dr. Maria Basco - Fulgencio, or “Man Mary” as Calbayognons fondly call her.

Bishop Isabelo Abarquez presided over the Thanskgiving Mass. Concelebrating with him were Rev. Fr. Joseph De Guzman, Rev. Fr. Aaron Peñaranda and Rev. Fr. DJ Tuiza. Dance Numbers were presented by the members of the D’ Ladies Association, of which Man Mary was a founding Member. Mr. Jean Redi Briones and Sister Teresa Knox took turns to give messages regarding the project and the fund-raising activities they have conducted for the project.

As with her past birthday celebrations, instead of gifts, guests were requested to give donations for the Mary Immaculate Welcome Home for Street Children. This home is expected to rise in Barangay Guin-on. Fund-raising drives for this project is being spearheaded by the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart (FMSC) who are ably supported by the FMSC Lay Associates.

To Man Mary, here’s wishing you Good Health and more Happy Years ahead!

We are Happy to be part of the Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebration of Mr. Romualdo “Maldo” Elizalde and Mrs. Marita “Marit” Borden - Elizalde.

Archbishop Jose Palma presided over the Wedding Mass at the St. Isidore the Worker Parish Church. Rev. Fr. Jake Yboa, the Parish Priest of Matuguinao and 15 other priests concelebrated during the Mass where the couple renewed their marriage vows.

The Reception was held at the Matuguinao Cultural Center. Messages were given by Matuguinao Mayor Aran Boller and some members of the Elizalde Family. The Elizalde grandchildren seranaded the guests.
