LISTAHAN NG MGA EXEMPTED SA CIVIL SERVICE EXAM

1. HONOR GRADUATES

Lahat ng mga nakapagtapos ng cm laude, magna cm laude at summa cm laude sa kanilang bachelor’s degree ay exempted sa CSE, ayon sa PD. 907.

2. BAR AND BOARD EXAM PASSERS

Alinsunod ito sa RA 1080 na automatic na nae-exempt ang mga nakapasa sa bar examination at licensure board examinations.

3. SANGGUNIAN MEMBERS

Ayon sa RA 10156, binibigyan ng exemption ang Sanggunian Members (SM) na nahalal matapos maging epektibo ang Local Government Code noong May 11, 1992.

4. BARANGAY OFFICIALS

Alinsunod ito sa Local Government Code na nagsasabing lahat ng elective barangay officials, SK Chairman at appointive barangay officials (Barangay Secretary at Treasurer) ay exempted sa CSE.

5. BARANGAY NUTRITION SCHOLARS

Ayon sa PD 1569, ang isang barangay-based volunteer worker ay binibigyan ng second grade civil service eligibility.

6. FOREIGN SCHOOL HONOR GRADUATES

Sinumang Filipino na nakapagtapos ng summa cm laude, magna cm laude at cm laude sa kanilang bachelor’s degree sa isang lehitimo at prominenteng pamantasan sa ibang bansa ay exempted sa CSE, base sa CSC Resolution No. 1302714.

7. SKILLS ELIGIBILITY

1. Ibinibigay naman ang CSE exemption sa mga kwalipikadong Pilipino na ang skills ay hindi nasusukat ng written test, ayon sa CSC MC No. 11, s. 1996.

2. Sila ay ang mga plant electrician, automotive mechanic, heavy equipment operator, laboratory technician, shrine curator, carpenter, draftsman, at plumber.

8. ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING SPECIALISTS

Iginagawad din ang CSE exemption sa mga nakapasa sa proficiency test o training course ng National Computer Center (NCI-NCC) sa mga sumusunod na computer courses: Systems Analysis and Design, Computer Programming, Java, MS Access, at Visual Basic, alinsunod sa CSC Resolution No. 90-083.

9. VETERANS PREFERENCE ELIGIBILITY

1. Ayon sa EO 132 at EO 790, exempted ang mga Philippine Veterans Affairs Office-certified World War II veteran at kanyang asawa.

2. Kasama rin ang kanyang mga anak na hindi nakapasa o kulang na lang ng 10 points sa Career Service Professional Examination, Career Service Sub Professional Examination, Fire Officer Examination, o Penology Officer Examination.

10. BARANGAY HEALTH WORKERS

Alinsunod ito sa RA 7883 na nagbibigay ng second grade eligibility sa mga BHW na nakapagsilbi na ng 5 taon.

Kung meron man kayong katanungan at kakulangan sa mga kinakailangan ay pede po kayong pumunta sa malapit na CSC Office sa inyong lugar at magtanong. Good luck job-seekers!

COVID-19 ALERT

232 NEW COVID-19 CASES, TWO (2) DEATHS, and 215 NEW RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY.

As of 11 AM today, July 24, 2021, the Department of Health - Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 34,844 with total recoveries at 33,049 (94.85%) and total deaths at 417 (1.20%). This brings the total active cases to 1,378 (3.95%).

A total of 232 new cases were recorded today out of 1,152 laboratory samples. 1,065 were tested in three (3) COVID-19 Laboratories in the region – EVRMC, OMDC and DWHVL while 87 were endorse to Philippine Red Cross – Cebu Chapter Laboratory. This represents a 20% positivity rate.

EVRCTC has released a total of 796 laboratory test results. Of these, 625 are negative and 171 are positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile DWHVL has released a total of 213 laboratory test results. Of these, 174 are negative and 39 are positive (with 32 new cases and 7 repeat swab tests) for COVID-19.

Whereas, the Ormoc Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory has released a total of 56 laboratory test results. Of these, 28 are negative and 28 are positive for COVID-19.

Lastly the Philippine Red Cross – Cebu Chapter Laboratory has released a total of 87 laboratory test results. Of these, 83 are negative and 4 are positive for COVID-19.

The 232 new confirmed cases are from the following provinces/cities/municipalities:

COVID-19 ALERT:

404 NEW COVID-19 CASES and 412 NEW RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY

As of 12 NN today, June 27, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 29,255, total recoveries at 26,234 (89.67%), and total deaths at 381 (1.30%). This brings the total active cases to 2,640 (9.02%).

A total of 404 new cases were recorded today out of the 1,633 laboratory samples. Of these, 345 were tested in the three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region - the EVRMC, the OMDC, and the DWHVL. While, fifty-nine (59) cases were reported out of the 381 samples sent to the Cebu TB Reference Laboratory in Cebu City. The total number of cases represents a 24.74% positivity rate.

The EVRCTC has released a total of 1,093 laboratory results. Of these, 804 are negative, and 289 are positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 132 laboratory results. Of these, 91 are negative and 41 are positive (with 34 new cases and 7 re-swabs) for COVID-19.

Whereas, the OMDC has released a total of 27 laboratory results. Of these, 5 are negative and 22 are positive for COVID-19.

While, the Philippine Cebu TB Reference Laboratory reported a total of 381 cases coming from Eastern Visayas. Of these, 322 are negative and 59 were positive for COVID-19.

243 NEW COVID-19 CASES, TWO (2) DEATHS, and 390 NEW RECOVERIES RECORDED TODAY

As of 9 AM today, June 15, 2021, the Department of Health- Eastern Visayas reports the region’s total number of COVID-19 cases at 24,725, total recoveries at 22,034 (89.12%), and total deaths at 349 (1.41%). This brings the total active cases to 2,342 (9.47%).

A total of 243 new cases were recorded today out of the 889 laboratory samples tested in three (3) COVID-19 laboratories in the region - the EVRMC, the OMDC, and the DWHVL. This represents a 27.33% positivity rate.

The EVRCTC has released a total of 631 laboratory results. Of these, 477 are negative and 154 are positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, the DWHVL has released a total of 164 laboratory results. Of these, 104 are negative and 60 are positive (with 50 new cases and 10 re-swabs) for COVID-19.

Whereas, the OMDC has released a total of 94 laboratory results. Of these, 55 are negative and 39 are positive for COVID-19.
