Introducing PANCIT BATIL PATONG!!!!

Pancit Batil Patong or Pancit Tuguegarao(Philipinnes), is made out of pansit miki Tuguegarao, minced beef, bean sprouts and other vegetables topped with egg, chicharon and speciall toppings such as lechon kawali, siomai ,spring rolls ,liver(adobo),fish balls and etc... . Batil Patong if directly translated means “beat the egg” for Batil and “placed on top” for Patong and that explains the egg on top.

It will be served with egg soup, soy sace with sliced onion and kalamansi!!!
