Once again, we would like to thank the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines for having us during the Very Important Pinoy (VIP) Tour Dinner last July 22, 2024, at the Sheraton Hotel.

It was indeed quite a night filled with energetic guests, a fun and entertaining set of games and performances, and lively music.

Special thanks as well to Rajah Tours Philippines Project M Acoustic and the wonderful Mari de Leon for without you we could not have pulled off another successful event such as this!

Thank you once again to Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions for choosing to work with us for the International Food Exhibition (IFEX) Philippines 2024!

This year’s IFEX event was a wonderful 3-day event filled with delectable new dishes and innovative products that awed us all. It was also equally entertaining to see the delicious samples made in the IFEX Kitchen.

Last April 28, 2024, our team together with Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions pulled off another successful International Food Exhibition (IFEX) Philippines event at PICC!

With engaging speakers, insightful panels, delicious treats, and vibrant opportunities, we brought the best of the best in the Philippine food industry to explore the latest trends and innovations in food and beverages. We look forward to building on this momentum for future collaborations and advancements.

Congratulations to all of the finalists and winners of the Katha Awards! Those prizes are much deserved.

We hope to see you all again at the upcoming IFEX opening ceremony and IFE Kitchen segment, and once again, mabuhay ang pagkaing Pinoy!

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties for an events management company.

The ideal candidate is highly self- motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of this position includes but not limited to:

Handling tasks such as compiling bidding documents, generating reports, presentations, setting up meetings, liaising with clients.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write, create, and distribute emails, correspondence memos, templates, and forms
E-Mail Management and Calendar Management
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain contact lists (client, vendor accounts, etc)
Booking appointments and giving out reminders
Making travel arrangements such as booking tickets and hotels. Car and restaurant reservations, as needed.
Assist in the submission and reconciliation of expense reports
Assist with A/P (e.g. create client invoices and process vendor invoices)
Assist with A/R (e.g. monitor customers and follow-up on delinquent accounts, process receipts, assist with preparation of A/R status reports)
Handle the company’s social media accounts
Provide general support
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience

Qualifications:

At least 1-year of work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
Excellent Microsoft and Google Suite knowledge
Outstanding time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Starting at Php18,000 per month plus benefits after probation.
