Welcomed back to our home one of our first clients in Manila. President and Sister Delamare were the first mission leaders who believed in us as caterers. They led the Philippines Quezon City Mission then and are now back in the country serving as leaders in the Manila Missionary Training Center. They were accompanied by their son, Ben and his wife Whitney, as well as Jovanne Lopez, manager of the Philippines MTC.

We served them requested Filipino classics such as Pork Sinigang, Chicken Adobo, Shrimp in Garlic Butter, Ribs in Barbeque Sauce, Fruit Salad and Fresh Buko Juice.

Beyond blessed to have been given the chance to serve the meals of hundreds of participants for the 2024 Interfaith Youth Peace Camp. Organized and sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, this camp aims to establish connections with youth from other religious organizations.

Last December 19, we were blessed to have witnessed the Christmas Socials hosted by the Philippines Area Presidency for the senior missionaries.

They requested for a classic American menu - Turkey, Roast beef, Chicken in Creamy Mushroom Sauce, Mashed potatoes, Fresh Basil Pasta, Pumpkin Soup and Casa de Rosa’s famous chocolate cheesecake.

Do you like planning your event with a DIY touch? You totally can! Our client asked if she could decorate the tables with personalized messages and Christmas decor from their own home.
