I don't know how the folks at Ditcheng Fe's Kitchen did it but their pancit palabok is bursting with seafood flavor with every bite. I like to have mine with lots of calamansi and a sprinkling of chopped sili :)

There's something about black kutsinta that just feels epic.

Ditcheng Fe's Kitchen 's take on it is one of the best we've tried. While the others felt too upscaled, like they focused too much on the aesthetics and forgot about the taste and texture, this one still felt traditional and nostalgic with that sweet, chewy texture. But at the same time, updated with the caramel sauce and toasted coconut combo.
