1992 Founded by Angelita E. Tolentino, Blue and Gold opened Cafeterias in Poveda Learning Center, Xavier School and Divine Mercy School
1995 Opened Blue and Gold Grill and Restaurant in Tinajeros Malabon (Now closed because of the devastation of Typhoon Ondoy); and started catering business.
2000’s Operated cafeterias in Miriam College, La Salle Greenhills, Araneta Center, University of Asia and the Pacific
2004 Opened Cafeteria at Ateneo de Manila University - present.
