ON THE DAY COORDINATION (At least a month before the event)

• We shall provide 1 Event Manager & 3 Event Coor

dinators (distributed in bridal suite, church and reception for Wedding)

ON THE EVENT DAY
• Early arrival of the coordinators
• Procurement of all accessories & keeping them in
place for the ceremony (Wedding)
• Gown & appropriate items arrangement
for coverage and photo shoot
• Coordination with the prospective suppliers
(hair & make up artist, photographers, videographers and florist.)
• Time table for the day’s event

AT THE CHURCH/VENUE CEREMONY (WEDDING)
• Supervision of venue setting
• Entourage & guest arrival checklist
• Bridal accessories & flowers distribution
• Processional, offertory, recessional & ceremony rites monitoring
• Contract signing & pictorial assistance

AT THE RECEPTION
• Supervision of the venue setting
• Guest registration & routing of the guest book
• Guest management & dining sitting arrangement
• Conceptualizing and direction of the reception program
• Gifts & souvenirs distribution
• Emcee and Pictorial Assistance

FULL EVENT COORDINATION (at least 9 months prior to the event)

We assist the client from planning initiation down to the preparation and utmost end of the event. We will be working with you all throughout until that the day of the event. We’ll work on your event according to your plan.

• Cost control benefit management on a budget range
• Booking confirmation & coordination
• Theme & Motif conceptualization
• Compliance to event requirements
• Program & Script Creation
• RSVP handling assistance
• Drafting of event schedule/ dates
• Contracts & miscellaneous
• Turnover & Accumulations
• On the day Coordination, 1 Event Manager & 3 Event coordinators (applied in 3 locations Bridal Suite, Church & Reception for Wedding)


TURN OVER COORDINATION (at least 4-6 months prior to the event)

We give assistance in the remaining arrangement with the suppliers. We will be working with you from the bookings and confirmation until the event date.

• Program & Script Creation

• On the Day Coordination is applied, 1 Event Manager & 3 Event coordinators (applied in 3 locations Bridal Suite, Church & Reception for Wedding)

OTHER SERVICES:

CONSULTATION ONLY
- meeting w/ a checklist to guide you through the planning process. EMCEE
- Responsible for the planning of the program and activities of the reception.
- Come up with the script for the program.
-Host the event
-Manage the flow of the program
