The PHILIPPINE TOP CHOICE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE is an independent award giving body engaged to seek and aim to acknowledge and reward individuals and companies, products and services that promotes and recognize best business practices leading to consumer welfare and protection, product quality and consumer services. Winning the PHILIPPINE TOP CHOICE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE will raise company’s profile, enhance their reputation, helps to attract new business and instill that vital ingredient for success - trust. The PHILIPPINE TOP CHOICE AWARDS FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVERS is conferred to individuals who have excelled in their respective line of business, field or industry and to acknowledge their continued pursuit to excellence and noteworthy achievement. Recipients that are selected for the Philippine Top Choice Awards are chosen based on: PRODUCT /SERVICE RELIABILITY The company/product/brand or service must perform its intended function for a given period of time under a given set of conditions. PRODUCT/ SERVICE EXCELLENCE The company/product/brand or service must deliver consistently of a high value/price experience, day after day, year after year, regardless of who happens to be on the front lines of the delivery process. ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES The company or services must observe good ethical principles. CUSTOMER CONCERN AND INTIMACY The company or services gets close to their clients through their marketing strategy. The benefits of greater customer intimacy for a company/services might include improved highly tailored problem solving capabilities and greater adaption of products to customer needs, as well as higher customer loyalty levels. PRODUCT/ SERVICE TRUSTWORTHINESS - The company/products/brands/services must observed authenticity and reliability. THE SELECTION PROCESS – Companies, products, brands, services and individual must qualify in the criteria used based on the market research and survey made by the Research Team. The company, product, brand, services and individual being chosen will have the privilege to be recognized in the PHILIPPINE TOP CHOICE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE (PTCAE) and is conferred the ”Seal of Excellence” which can be use in their business and marketing campaign. A further evaluation and research is being conducted by the Awards Council Selections are based on the nominations/voting (i.e.; online or personal recommendation) from independent body of different industry or category. Market Research and Survey is being conducted by the Survey Group through Street Interview, Word of Mouth, Personal and Telephone Interviews and Focused Group Discussions. Our panel of judges will select a shortlist of companies for each award. Nominations forms are being given/ distributed during the event and in some events like seminars, exhibit and trade shows. Selected and qualifies companies, individuals and nominees are carefully evaluated by the Research committee then the results are being forwarded to event organizer. Recipients are privileged to place their ads in the SMART BUSINESS ENTREPRENEUR MAGAZINE which could help them to create awareness and promotions about their company, product, brand and services which can lead to positive result and great volume of sales. The magazines are being given/ distributed during the awards night. Some copies are being distributed in some areas in Metro Manila and nearby provinces likewise in some news stand, commercial and government establishments nationwide. 5000- 10,000 copies every year are being published.
