We will be with you from the beginning to the end; walking you through every step of coordination from budget management to venue selection; event design and every detail in between. You have probably watched others spend hours in coordinating their weddings and events. With your vision in mind, we will handle all of the research and communication with your venue and vendors. In addition, we will
handle all of the scheduling and day of coordination. We will be on site for your event to ensure flawless ex*****on of every unique detail. After the event, we will ensure that all final payments have been received by the vendors and maintain communication with every client to ensure that all of your needs have been met. ON THE DAY COORDINATION
Everything is final but needs assistance and you are not sure how much you need. You work full time, have a busy schedule and just need guidance through the final details of coordination for the event itself. We will work with each client to create a detailed timeline. We will be available on the day of the event to ensure effective and proper ex*****on on the day of the event.
