We’re excited to announce that Gorditos is expanding in Manila with the opening of Kurot: the Aperitivos Company in Pio del Pilar, Makati City. We are looking for passionate Kitchen Staff to be part of our launch!

If you love creating beautifully crafted small bites and are eager to help us bring joy to every celebration, this is the opportunity for you.

Position: Kitchen Staff
Location: Makati City
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing our signature Fil-Hispanic small bites and party trays.
- Ensure that all food is prepared with attention to detail, from presentation to taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen, including cleaning prep areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Help with dishwashing, trash disposal, and keeping the kitchen organized and sanitized.
- Assist with inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Take on increasing responsibilities with the potential to lead the kitchen team in the future.

Requirements:
- Any food preparation experience is welcome, including carinderia or home-based food businesses.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail, especially in creating visually appealing food.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety standards, and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
