Ipinapaalam sa lahat na LIMITED lamang ang PARKING SPACES ng City of Santa Rosa Multi-Purpose Complex dahil ongoing ang construction ng Multi-Level Parking nito.

Pinapayuhan ang mga manonood na sumakay na lamang sa mga pampublikong transportasyon.
