๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ: P750 per head, which includes food, venue for 5 hours, lights and sound system, an invitation card, a photobooth for 3 hours, game materials, contest prizes, and stage decoration.
๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐: The event will only proceed if all slots are completely filled to ensure that expenses are covered. The venue will not be confirmed until every registrant has made their payment. Rest assured, refunds will be given if the event is cancelled or moved to next year due to lack of registrants.

๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ญ๐ฌ: 10-20 more slots may be opened if demand allows.
๐๐๐ฒ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Required to confirm attendance.
๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ: Refund will not be permitted unless the event will not proceed. Registrants with a history of harassing individuals in the otaku or cosplay community will be refunded and not permitted to attend.
๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Attendees will receive confirmation via email, text, or Facebook message. Each will receive an invitation card upon registration.
๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Each attendee must show their invitation card with their name upon entry to the venue.
๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ: It is recommended to bring a valid form of identification for security purposes, if needed.
๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐๐: Attendees are encouraged to come in medieval-themed cosplay. However, formal cosplay attire is also welcome. This may include a wig paired with a gown or dress, embodying the spirit of your favorite character.
๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ:
- All attendees must bring a valid ID for security or validation if necessary.
- Respect is required for all attendees; a welcoming atmosphere must be maintained.
- Slots can be transferred to another person if organizers are informed before registration time closes. The new attendee must register separately using the same receipt as the original registrant so that their information is recorded.
- No dangerous objects or items that obstruct pathways or disturb other attendees are allowed.
- Attendees are responsible for their own belongings; please bring only what is necessary.
- The organizers reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they are misbehaving or engaging in disruptive actions.
