For foil balloons, mapaletter, number, shapes and set. Ikinalulungkot kong sabihin na hindi na po kami tatanggap ng returns.

Since nagbukas kami last 2020 tinatanggap ko po ang returns ng mga hindi lumolobo or may mga damage. Loss ko po yun para sa convenience ng mga customer ko. Gusto ko kasi makapag bigay ng mas maayos na service sa inyo.

Pero sa ngayon po kasi naaabuso na po sya. Photo posted here now is returned earlier as walk in purchase. Nakakadown sa totoo lang. This is not mere damage. This is a result of over inflate, nasobrahan po ng pagpump ng hangin sa lobo. There were times na sa mga set nirereturn kasi kulang daw ng letters kahit nalobohan na nila halos lahat, minsan po kasi mga mam and sir nakadikit lang din po yun sa same shape or letter. This results to more losses on my part kaya pagpasensyahan nyo na po kung starting tomorrow ay hindi ko na po tatanggapin ang returns sa foil balloons. Dahil sa totoo lang po di din po namin yan naibabalik.
