As the year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing freediving students, supportive friends, and cherished guests. Your passion and dedication have been the driving force behind our journey through this challenging year. Thank you for diving deep with us and for being an integral part of our community.

This holiday season, we reflect on the past year's lessons, the depths weโ€™ve explored together, and look forward to a future filled with hope and renewal. As we dedicate this month of December to recovery, reflection, and planning ahead, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and are committed to making them as enriching as possible for the coming year.
