Hosting this year's awarding ceremony called Parangal 2024 (unique to CIT University) was a treat to my teenage self. As an identical twin fanatic, I was so overjoyed to witness the coronation of the 2024 Queen of Engineers, who is 1/2 of the pretty, brainy, and witty Siago twins. But that's not all! Where the Queen of Engineers is the Top 1 of the overall graduating class in the Engineering program (although this year it's for the whole batch 2024), the Top 2 is no less than her very own twin! Ah, my Sweet Valley High heart is soooo happy! 🥰😍

Dancing with my (not-anymore) baby 🥹

Perhaps one of the most fun-filled and bibo-est events I have hosted was the reunion of CIT-U's batch '70-'85 last night at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel. The attendees were practically my parents' age, so I thought that the generation gap would come as a challenge. I was so glad to be corrected. It must have been the various life experiences that made them fully enjoy that moment, so that you could see them just having fun, and even danced when it was time. So it was at the closing program, when the dance floor was declared open and the introverted hubby declined my dance invite, I turned to the younger version who was more than excited to oblige. 😂 I have never danced like that in my entire life. I will surely miss these bonding moments. Salamat, Nak! 😭Thank you also to my fellow Teknoys for inviting me. 💞
