Bringing 1,800 alumni and guests together in one seamless experience isnโ€™t just about tables and chairsโ€”itโ€™s about careful planning, hands-on teamwork, and making sure every detail is in place. At HM Events, every team member has a role to play - together with Production Director David Bang, we worked closely to ensure a smooth ingress for suppliers and performers, coordinate rehearsals, and fine-tune the technical setup. Meanwhile, final touches were made to the venue layout, ensuring everything was aligned perfectly for the big day.

But beyond logistics, itโ€™s about crafting an experience that feels effortless and memorable. Now, imagine guiding and serving that many people. Without a game plan, a solid team, and the drive to get things right, it would be chaos.
