• JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE •

- Assisting the Managing Director in day-to-day operations of Villa Milagros Events Venue.
- Besides handling client relations and events, the successful candidate will engage in the marketing and sales operations of the Venue.
- Communicating, maintaining, and developing client relationships;
- Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event or photoshoot requirements.
- Planning clients' events and/or shoots;
- Coordinating suppliers and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
- Overseeing event ingress/egress procedures, and conducting post-event evaluation.

Qualification: Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be willing to communicate with the team and clients beyond office hours.
- Candidate must be willing to work long hours.
- Candidate must be a quick learner, self-motivated, trustworthy, and people-oriented.
- Candidate preferably lives in Rodriguez, San Mateo, Batasan area.
