*We base the price/s of the Charm Cake or By iane Packages depending on customers' design and requirements.
50% downpayment is required once the booking is confirmed.

* Pre-order lead time is 1-2days. RUSH ORDER may be taken but please be advised that it may entail an extra cost.
* Cutoff for orders is 6pm.
* Cake toppings may vary from photos shown, depending on the availability of ingredients.
* Mode of payment: Cash upon pick up or GCash & BPI (details available upon request)
* Currently conducts NO MEETUP
* All orders as of now are for PICKUP/SelfCollect/Arranged Delivery with my rider or your preferred method (delivery fee is covered by the customer).
* Once an order or package is out of the shop/house, Byiane won't be liable for any damages or mishandling during delivery.

*Traveling with ordered cake recommendation
- Do not place the cake on a seat in the car. The cake should be placed on a flat surface, preferably on the footwell of the car.
- Storage - Cake must not be exposed to warm temperature. Ideally, it should be placed inside the chiller (if iced) or in a well-ventilated room (an airconditioned room is the best for fondants).
- Consume cakes with fresh fruit toppings after purchasing them. Otherwise, consume 3-5 days after purchase.
- Unclaimed cakes will be automatically sold the next day to other willing customers.
