1. What are the costumes or gowns available for rent?
We have several selection of costumes for rent for kids and adults available. You may check our Albums for details. You may chat with us on Facebook for the updated photos and rental fee to inquire on availability.
2. What is the procedure in renting out your costumes or formal wear?
Visit us at the shop and choose your desired pieces to rent. Please call ahead for an appointment to make sure that we can attend to you. Note that we only allow fitting of up to 3 or 4 garments at a time. If you are a big group, we can schedule you for fitting into different time slots.
Your reservation will be confirmed by signing the Rental Agreement and advance payment of the Rental Fee. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE so make sure your decision to rent is Final.
Claim the garment/s on the Pick Up Date you specified and pay for the Balance/Deposit.

Please be extra careful with the rented items and the accessories included. Kindly use an antiperspirant/deodorant, not too much perfume and be EXTREMELY careful with ci******es.
The very next business day after your event, return the costume to our shop and get your refund as appropriate.
3. How long can we rent out your costumes or gowns?
Our standard rental period is for THREE DAYS ONLY. The price provided is the rental cost for the standard rental period. The rental price does not change if you need the costume for a shorter time, since we still need to prepare the costume, do the paperwork, and clean the returned costume.
4. Can I rent for longer than the standard rental period?
Yes! Depending on availability, you may rent out our costumes for as long as you need. We charge another fee for daily extension of your rental.
5. What are the requirements needed to rent a costume or formal wear?
We will need a completed and signed Costume Rental Agreement, which you will fill up at the store. You need to leave your Valid Government ID for our reference.
6. Can I just rent out your costumes ONLINE?
We allow ONLINE rental for selected costumes on special cases. This is valid for Luzon, Visayas And Mindanao clients only wherein we can use the services of LBC, J&T Lalamove or any other Delivery Courier services for both pick up and return of items. For online rentals, the security deposit is doubled to ensure that the client will adhere to the rental agreement. Courier fees (both pick-up and return) will be charged to the client. Client will have to fill up an Online Booking Form and submit a copy of their valid government ID. Please message us for any ONLINE Rental arrangements.
For provincial clients, we only allow ONLINE rental. There is a mandatory additional 2 day extension fee for Online Provincial Rentals via shipping. The security deposit is doubled to ensure that client will adhere to the rental agreement. Courier fees via LBC and J&T (both pick-up and return) will be charged to the client. Client will have to fill up an Online Booking Form and submit a copy of their valid government ID. Please message us for any ONLINE Provincial Rental arrangements.
7. Can someone else pick up my rented garment on my behalf?
Yes. You can request someone (relative, friend or messenger) to pick up the garment in your stead. The person to pick it up will have to present a valid government ID.
8. What if I cannot return them on time?
As per our rental agreement, we have the right to charge a late penalty fee for each day the garment is late. Failure to return the rented item on specified time will incur a penalty of Php 100 per day for kids and Php 200 per day for adult garments for LEAN SEASON and Php 200 per day for kids and Php 400 per day for adult garments for PEAK SEASON (October to December).
9. Do you make adjustments or alterations to the costumes?
No, we do not allow alterations nor make adjustments to the costumes. You may put some safety pin or just a running stitch to make some minor adjustment. Any alterations must be approved beforehand. Otherwise, an applicable charge will be deducted to your security deposit.
10. Can I rent a partial costume or change/add pieces to the costume?
We sometimes allow partial costume rental or exchange or add some pieces to the costume except for our busy Halloween and Christmas seasons. Rental prices will be provided on a case-to-case basis.
11. What happens if I damaged, stained or lost any part of the rental costume?
We will assess the extent of the damage, tear or stain. You will be charged a fee for cleaning or repair of the costume. Note that costumes with definitive pieces are compromised with just one missing piece. This is why you will be charged a replacement cost for any damage or missing pieces of the costume. This will be deducted from your security deposit.
12. Can I come to your shop to try on the costume before renting?
Yes! We do encourage you to fit the costume before deciding on the rental. It is the best way to see whether it will look good on you or not. Our customers can try up to a maximum of 3-4 costumes at the shop. Appointments are appreciated to ensure that we can accommodate you on your visit.
COSTUME RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Rent is good for THREE DAYS ONLY. Regular rentals can be picked up ONE DAY before the event and to be returned NOT LATER than THREE DAYS after the event. RENTALS must be returned the third day while ON THE DAY RENTALS (WITH ASSISTANT) may only be used on the scheduled date and time.
2. Payment of RENTAL FEE is required for every RESERVATION. A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (same amount as rent) is due before the rental item/s may be picked up and taken out from the shop.
3. Strictly NO ID, NO RENTAL. A Valid ID plus Refundable Security Deposit is REQUIRED to ensure that the item/s will be taken care of and will be returned in the agreed time, date and condition. If a valid government ID cannot be provided, the Refundable Security Deposit will be doubled.
4. A Late Fee/Penalty Fee of P100 for kids and P200 for adult items shall be charged for every day returned after the Return Date. From October to December, Peak Season Late Fee is P200 for Kids & P400 for Adults. This includes shipping/transit time. If delayed due to shipping, late fee is charged until item is received at the shop.
5. The renter assumes all responsibility for loss and/or damage of all items entered in this contract by reasons of fire, flood, theft or damage from any cause. The renter agrees to take care of the items plus all costume pieces and keep it in a dry, safe and secured at all times.
6. The renter agrees to rent the items “AS IS.” Strictly no cutting, dyeing, painting, gluing or distressing, etc. must be done to any of the costumes. Any lost piece or minor damage in the item shall be assessed and will be charged. This fee includes the cost of the supplies needed to restore the item to its original state as well as labor costs.
7. A Major Damage/Lost Fee of P2000 for kids or P4000 for adults (or up to the purchase price of the item) will be assessed for any item major damage or lost by the customer. Missing pieces may cause the DEPOSIT to be placed on hold for 3 days until they are completely returned. Incomplete pieces not returned within 3 days will forfeit the DEPOSIT.
8. When item is returned extra soiled, stained & stinky, a fee of P500 or more will be charged to the renter for extra dry cleaning and handling costs.
9. Strictly NO CANCELLATION & REFUNDS of the RESERVATION and RENTAL FEE for ALL ITEMS. Once you take the costumes out of the shop and decided to cancel for any cause, we will NOT make any refund of payments made. This is because there are opportunities lost while the item is being reserved for you which we cannot get anymore if you wish to cancel after a lapse of time.
10. Strictly NO CHANGE OF ITEMS during Peak Season from October to December. Any change of item or cancellation will cause the RESERVATION FEE to be forfeited. Rescheduling is allowed up to TEN (10) days prior to Pick Up Date and is subject to availability.
11. Returning the item/s rented when it is due is the customer’s sole responsibility. Please be warned that when item/s has exceeded the due date for returns and we have not received nor successfully reached you in your given contact details, we shall consider this as a deliberate action to not return our property and shall be considered as theft and shall be dealt with accordingly. Customers who repeatedly return past the due date may be blocked from renting in the future.
12. Please do laundry the garment you rent for hygiene purposes or we will deduct laundry service fee
Gown laundry cost : 500php-800php dry clean
(Depends on gown)
Costumes laundry since it's a handwash only 100php will be deduct on assurance fee if no damage at all.
